WSC Risk Assessment Form - prior to hiring the Hall, all Hirers must complete one of these forms. This form is set by Wingecarribee Shire Council and is compulsory that it is submitted before any Booking for Hire is formalized. This form must be completed and submitted with Wingecarribee Shire Council or the Booking Officer at least 1 Week prior to the date of function.
