The next general meeting will be held on Monday 02 April 2012 at 1.00pm in the Hall.

Welby Hall News for February 2011.
12 new plastic light weight fold up Tables are now available for use by Hall hirer's, as the heavy duty
Tables are hard to manoeuvre by some people. That is now a total of 26 fold up Tables. 1 small sized
plastic Table is available on request.
A business package that has a Data Projector, (Laptop NOT included), Pull Down Screen and a Mobile White Board is
now available for hire.

Welby Hall News for May 2009.
Some of the old pavers from in front of our Hall have now been removed. The pavers were uneven and becoming
a trip hazard. They have been replaced with a concrete slab. Of which we have added a Hand Rail to one side to assist the
elderly and disabled gain easier access to the Hall and facilities.

Welby Hall News for November 2008.
Crockery & Cutlery sets have now been upgraded to 110 Settings available of each.
This increase will now raise our Hall Hire capabilities.

Welby Hall News for July 2008.
Roller Shutters have now been installed onto the remainder of the windows on the Hall. All of
the windows now have window shutters adding to the Hall security.

Welby Hall News for April 2007.
The Ceiling in the Hall has now been replaced with new Acoustic Ceiling Tiles being installed, with extra
lighting and new Down Lights being added to create mood lighting and for a different atmosphere.

Welby Hall News for February 2006.
As usual our Hall hire fees are being used on updating the Hall and facilities. We have now resurfaced the
Hall Floor and installed new Window Blinds.
Thanks to Wingecarribee Shire Council Budgets and Grants, we have installed 2 new Window Roller Shutters and
the second Picnic Table Setting.

Welby Hall News for May 2005.
We have now installed our first Outdoor Picnic Table, next to the BBQs, adding the option of eating meals
outside the Hall.

Welby Hall News for February 2004.
Our BBQs are up and running, with 2 Stainless Steel Electric Units available with Hall hire. The funds for our BBQs were supplied from Wingecarribee Shire Council Management Committee and Community Grants. The BBQs are an added incentive to future Hall hirings.
