Community and Non-Profit:

Day Hire:

$10.00 per Hour plus GST (Minimum 3 Hours).
From 6.00am to 6.00pm.

Night Hire:

$20.00 per Hour plus GST (Minimum 3 Hours).
From 6.00pm to 12.00am (Midnight).

Full Day Hire:

$100.00 plus GST.
From 6.00am to 6.00pm.

Regular Health and Recreation Hirers:

Day Hire:

$5.00 per Hour plus GST (Minimum 3 Hours).
From 6.00am to 6.00pm.

Night Hire:

$10.00 per Hour plus GST (Minimum 3 Hours).
From 6.00pm to 12.00am (Midnight).

Commercial Groups:

Day Hire:

$15.00 per Hour plus GST (Minimum 3 Hours).
From 6.00am to 6.00pm.

Night Hire:

$25.00 per Hour plus GST (Minimum 3 Hours).
From 6.00pm to 12.00am (Midnight).

Full Day Hire:

$150.00 plus GST.
From 6.00am to 6.00pm.

Late Night Surcharge - applies to all hire types:

Surcharge:

$40.00 per Hour plus GST.
From midnight and Hall must be vacated by 1.00am.

Booking times will be adhered to on all bookings, but extra time may be available on request to the Booking Officer. Booking times do not include set-up or clean-up times, these times are to be added to Hall hire times.

Deposit:

$30.00 plus GST at booking time, which is not refundable.

Other Equipment:

Archway: $5.00 (Plus GST) which can be easily decorated.
Crockery Hire is $10.00 (Plus GST) per 10 person setting, we have 110 settings available. This includes all Crockery and Cutlery.
Cutlery Hire is $2.00 (Plus GST) per 10 person setting, we have 110 settings available.
Tea Service $3.00 (Plus GST) per 10 person setting, we have 110 settings available.
Tea Service includes Cup, Saucer & Bread and Butter Plates & Teaspoons.
White Table Cloths $20.00 (Plus GST), when Hirer cleans and irons.
Barbeques: $10.00 (Plus GST) per hire with Hall hire Only.

Insurance:

$40.00 plus GST, Unless own insurance is available and photocopy is supplied, which is to be checked for suitability for Hall hire. This copy is to be given to the Booking Officer at least 1 Week prior to function.

Cleaning Fees:

$30.00 per Hour plus GST.

GST:

10% on all fees except Bond (Unless damage costs need to be reimbursed to the Hall Committee).

Bond:

Is required for All functions.
Small Function: $100.00.
Large Function: $250.00.
Parties 16th Birthday to 22nd Birthday $500.00. Conditions Apply.
Bond required depends on type and size of function. All damage will be paid for and reimbursed to Hall Management by the Hirer.

There is a maximum capacity of 170 people in the Hall.

No booking hire will be formalized or accepted until a deposit fee has been paid and a Hire Agreement has been completed and signed which must be submitted with the Booking Officer. Also a Risk Assessment Form (available on the Documents page) must be completed and submitted with either Wingecarribee Shire Council or the Booking Officer before a Hire is formalized. Both of these forms must be submitted at least 1 week prior to Hire.

Cleaning is the responsibility of the Hirer. Cleaning can be organized with additional fees through the Booking Officer.

Permanent long-term bookings are quoted and arranged with Hall Management and Council.

Conditions of Hire Apply and these can be obtained from the Booking Officer.
