Welby Community Hall is located in the small town of Welby which is part of the beautiful Southern Highlands of NSW in Australia. The town of Welby is located 2km west of Mittagong and only 1 hour drive from Sydney, 1 hour from Wollongong
and 45 minutes from Goulburn. Welby Hall is easily accessed from the South Western Freeway (Hume Highway), towns of Mittagong, Bowral, Moss Vale, Berrima and the other Southern Highlands Towns & Villages.
Our Community Hall Hire is suitable for:

Welby Community Hall Hire can be, as a one off Hire, or Casual & Long Term (Permanent) hire is also available. Please contact us regarding all your Hire needs.
The Halls internal measurements are 13.24 x 9.12 metres which is approximately 120 square metres of floor space.
The smaller sized Kitchen (Internal sizes are 3.60 x 1.70 Metres) includes Sink, Refrigerator/Freezer, Microwave Oven, Electric Stove/Grill/Oven, Pie Warmer and Electric Urn.
2 Electric Stainless Steel Barbeques are available for hire with Hall hire with 2 Picnic Tables and Seats.
We have 14 heavy duty fold up Tables (1800mm x 750mm) and 12 light weight fold up Tables (1830mm x 750mm) available.
Tables seat 6 to 8 per Table. There are 112 stackable Chairs. Also a small light weight Table (1220mm x 610mm) for use
on request.
There is a maximum capacity of 170 people in the Hall.
A business package that has a Data Projector, (Laptop NOT included), Pull Down Screen and a Mobile White Board is
available for hire.
Crockery and Cutlery sets for up to 110 people, Tablecloths and an Archway are obtainable for hire.
There is a Piano that can be used free with our hires.
A fully enclosed Children's Play Area with safety gates is available with use of the Hall.
The Hall is situated within a large grassed area with plenty of off street parking.
Cricket Practise Nets, Children's Play Equipment (Unfenced) and Sports Oval are neighbouring the Hall.
Disabled Access is complete to the Hall & Amenities Block.
Disabled Facilities are available to all hirers.
The Hall, Toilets and Children's Play Areas are designated Smoke Free Environments and smoking is prohibited in these areas.
