Welby Community Hall is located in the small town of Welby which is part of the beautiful Southern Highlands of NSW in Australia. Located 3km West of Mittagong and only 1 hour drive from Sydney and 45 minutes from Goulburn and has easy access to the Freeway, Towns of Mittagong, Bowral, Moss Vale and Berrima.
The Welby Hall is available for Hire and is suitable for:
The Halls internal measurements are 13.24 x 9.12 Metres which is approximately 120 Square Metres of Floor Space.
The smaller sized Kitchen (Internal sizes are 3.60 x 1.70 Metres) includes Sink, Refrigerator/Freezer, Microwave Oven, Electric Stove/Oven, Pie Oven and Electric Urn.
2 Electric Stainless Steel Barbeques are available for hire with 2 Picnic Tables and Seats. The BBQs can be hired with or without Hall hire. Please use the Contact Info page to contact us for more information regarding this.
We have 14 fold up Tables (Seats 6 to 8 per table, Size: 1760 X 750) and 112 stackable Chairs available for your use.
Crockery and Cutlery sets for up to 70 people, Tablecloths and an Archway are obtainable for hire.
A fully enclosed Children's Play Area with safety gates is available with Hire of the Hall.
The Hall is situated within a large grassed area with plenty of off street parking, with a wonderfully shaded area at the rear of the hall.
Cricket Nets & Children's Play Equipment (Unfenced) are neighbouring the Hall.
Disabled Access is complete to the Hall & Amenities Block. Disabled Facilities are available to hirers.
Responsible service of Alcohol is advised, as under aged drinking & giving or selling Alcohol to a person under the age of 18, is prohibited by Law. The Sale of Alcohol is prohibited without a Licence obtained from Wingecarribee Shire Council.
The Hall, Toilets and Children‘s Play Area are designated Smoke Free Environments and smoking is Prohibited in these areas.
